The specialties we hire into. No junior roles — for now.
Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres. Comfortable owning a feature from spec to production. 5+ years.
UI/UX with strong taste, a portfolio of shipped work, and the ability to push back on bad ideas (ours included).
AWS / Cloudflare / Docker. Can design cost-aware architectures and respond when production breaks at 3am.
Real numbers in your portfolio (organic traffic %, rankings, conversion lifts). Not "we ran some campaigns."
